To register and maintain a kv333 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7 or the eligibility requirements in Section 1.
• kv333 has reasonable grounds to suspect the account is being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes, or that the account has been compromised by an unauthorised third party.
• The player has requested account closure or self-exclusion, or a cooling-off period has been applied at the player's own request.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any positive balance will be returned via the registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and deduction of any bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements.
